How to Maintain Fast Weight Loss in a Week
In the run up to reaching your desired weight there are several other things you can do to keep the weight off. Most important is not too skip any meals, starving yourself is a huge mistake and you’ll be better off enjoying a large breakfast, moderately sized lunch and then a light dinner. If you find the urge to snack in between fast weight loss meals, then stay away from the salted or canned goods and grab some fruit or nuts for a healthy snack that will not affect your fast weight loss. Remember, you’re trying to lose as much weight as possible in the quickest time, if you can resist temptation for this week you can quickly attain your desired weight. If you do find yourself craving then try to find something else to do that isn’t in the kitchen. Now is a fantastic time to take up that hobby you’ve been meaning to try or failing that, read a book, talk to a friend or take a walk. Just try to forget you’re dieting and you’ll see the weight fall off.
